"Introduction to Arabic Papyrology in the Age of Digital Humanities"

The Department of Arabic Papyrology at the LMU Munich will host its first workshop from Feb. 10-13, 2020.

The workshop "Introduction to Arabic Papyrology in the age of Digitial Humanities" primarily addresses students of Islamic, Near Eastern, Arabic studies and related disciplines as well as people interested in the field. It is the aim of the workshop to provide first insights and experiences for the work with Arabic documents stemming from the 7th to 16th centuries CE.
